Additionally, provide engineering support for existing manufactured product through investigation, problem resolution, ECN/EO and drawing revision documentation. - Relevant experience creating wiring diagrams, wire lists, schematics, routing and clipping installation drawings. - Understanding of wire harness fabrication drawings, PLC, and wireless. - Airbus experience is a plus, as this is a freighter conversion project. - Understanding of ATA Chapter Codes, the use of aircraft manuals (IPC, M/M, and W/D), and the use of electrical production illustration drawings is desirable. - Cargo conversion project. - Proficiency in ASME Y14.100 practices and Y14.5 standards is a plus. Role Description Associate level Electrical Engineer. Performs engineering work in the initial planning and design phases of projects. This includes engineering/design for: - Power distribution systems - Lighting systems - Grounding systems - Lightning protection systems - Backup power supply systems - Instrumentation - Controls - Fire detection/alarming Perform studies and technical activities to arrive at the most cost effective, reliable technical solution.
