Job Requirements

  • At least 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
  • Experience leading talent attraction strategies for manufacturing or supply chain environments- specifically with Sourcing, EHS and Quality
  • Strong understanding of site‑specific nuances such as shift structures, local labor markets, employee relations considerations, and workforce volume fluctuations
  • Fluency in English is required; additional language proficiency is a plus
  • Proven ability to lead hybrid recruitment teams
  • Demonstrated success in driving performance through active SLA/KPI management, process optimization
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, including the use of social media, job boards, and professional networks to attract talent
  • Ability to develop and implement recruitment plans aligned with organizational goals
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with business leaders, HR partners, hiring managers, and external vendors
  • Experience advising and influencing key stakeholders on talent acquisition strategies and recruitment best practices
  • Strong experience using recruitment metrics and data analytics to track performance
  • Ability to leverage labor market insights and internal data to make informed decisions

Qualifications - 7+ years supply chain experience in Indirect Sourcing covering Marketing Services (agencies, media, creative production) and/or Facilities/Real Estate Services at a senior level. - Proven knowledge of agency and vendor management, contract negotiations, and compliance (SOWs, SLAs, licensing/usage rights where applicable). - Experience working in highly matrixed organization and delivering results.
