You will build and lead the team responsible for the reliability, security, and scalability of Gensyn’s production infrastructure and developer platform. This is a hands-on engineering leadership role: you’ll manage and grow a high-performing Infrastructure / Platform / SRE / Security group while remaining technically deep across cloud systems, distributed systems, and operational excellence. Critically, this role requires meaningful Ethereum / EVM experience, gained either by building an EVM-based protocol or working in a smart contract security/auditing environment. Lead and grow a team of Infrastructure, Platform, DevOps/SRE, and Security Engineers: hiring, coaching, performance management, and execution. Own the availability, scalability, and security posture of production systems: SLOs/SLIs, incident response, postmortems, reliability improvements, and hardening. Drive delivery across ambiguous, high-stakes initiatives: roadmap planning, prioritization, and execution against tight timelines. Partner closely with CTO and technical leads to scope work, set expectations, communicate progress, and remove blockers. Build a strong engineering culture with high standards for operational rigor, security, and developer productivity. Establish and evolve internal tooling and platform capabilities that improve deployment velocity, safety, and observability.
