Job Description The Procurement Representative 3 is responsible for supporting procurement operations, supplier management, inventory reporting, and compliance activities. This role partners with Procurement, Compliance, Finance, Operations, and Engineering teams to ensure efficient purchasing processes, accurate reporting, and adherence to company policies. Key Responsibilities - Process procurement transactions, purchase orders, and inventory requests. - Generate and analyze procurement, inventory, and supplier reports using advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Power Query, dashboards). - Partner with Compliance and Audit teams to ensure adherence to corporate policies and procurement requirements. - Generate and review site surveys to support project planning, purchasing, and inventory needs. - Support domestic and international procurement activities and supplier relationships. - Conduct audits of procurement records and maintain data accuracy and integrity. - Mentor team members and identify opportunities for process improvements. Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
