• You will design and build foundational pieces of our agentic security platform • Own end-to-end design & delivery of features • Ship platform, agent, or integration capabilities at high velocity • Collaborate with product & engineering leaders, sales, marketing, and customer-facing teams • Deploy features into live production environments, with ownership beyond delivery — including monitoring, stability, and iteration post-launch • Building agents for SecOps • Designing tool schemas, workflows, memory stores for agents • Safe-execution loops with guardrails, policy layers, and approvals • Architect services that securely support many customer environments in parallel • Build pipelines that ingest customer security data and retrieve relevant context instantly • Real-time incident lifecycle automation end-to-end

• Anchor architecture decisions for EA's AI/agentic stack: patterns for skills, tools, agent loops, evals, memory, and observability. • Pick the highest-leverage problems to automate and run them end-to-end with department partners and EA peers. • Ship production-grade Python and TypeScript services, internal UIs, and integrations across our SaaS estate (Okta, Slack, Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, Zendesk, Jira, and others). • Design data models in PostgreSQL that make automation, observability, and AI experimentation safe. • Contribute to code reviews and propose improvements to testing, documentation and runbook practices. • At Greenhouse's request, provide availability during agreed windows for production support activities.

• Provide technical support for the development and evolution of APIs across the ecosystem (finance, card, transactions, processing, acquirers) • Make decisions, together with the architecture team, at the service level: domain modeling, API contracts, integration strategies • Serve as the team's technical reference • Design and implement integrations with external systems • Contribute to defining development standards, CI/CD pipelines, and observability best practices
