Systems Analyst, Java Developer

• Provide technical support for the development and evolution of APIs across the ecosystem (finance, card, transactions, processing, acquirers) • Make decisions, together with the architecture team, at the service level: domain modeling, API contracts, integration strategies • Serve as the team's technical reference • Design and implement integrations with external systems • Contribute to defining development standards, CI/CD pipelines, and observability best practices
Job Requirements
- Advanced Java with strong proficiency in Spring Boot
- Advanced knowledge of JPA/Hibernate and SQL Server (or equivalent relational database): query tuning, distributed transactions, and conscious use of lazy loading
- Asynchronous messaging with RabbitMQ: queue modeling, dead-letter handling, retries, and eventual consistency
- Practical experience with multi-module Gradle in medium/large-scale projects
- Git in a collaborative workflow: branching strategy, well-documented PRs, and a clean history
- Ability to diagnose production issues: structured logs, stack trace analysis, and correlation of events across services
- Actively use AI tools in your day-to-day work and across the SDLC; act as a champion and engager for the team on this topic
