Associate Program Recruiter – Part Time

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across a variety of roles, with a significant focus on Associate Appraisers, and possibly expanding into other roles • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates • Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive outreach, networking, referrals, and market research • Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, job boards, professional networks, and other recruiting channels • Screen and assess candidates to evaluate qualifications, experience, and overall fit • Coordinate and manage interview processes, ensuring a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies • Maintain knowledge of market trends, talent availability, and competitive hiring practices • Ensure timely and accurate communications with candidates and hiring teams
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth, startup, or fast-paced corporate environment
- Commercial Real Estate experience a plus
- Proven success sourcing passive and active candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, job boards, networking, and referral channels
- Experience w/ high volume recruiting for multiple functions and levels simultaneously
- Strong candidate assessment, interviewing, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to develop creative sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines from the ground up
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience using ATS (Rippling is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Self-starter mindset with a bias for action and ownership
