• Source. Post roles and build pipelines through social media and LinkedIn, including passive sourcing for hard-to-fill positions. • Screen. Review resumes and send initial requirements (video introductions and role-specific assessments where applicable) with timely follow-ups so no candidate is left waiting. • Interview. Schedule and conduct TA interviews that respect the candidate's time and dig into what matters. • Endorse. Write clear, honest candidate profilers and endorse your best people to hiring leaders. • Coordinate. Schedule candidates with Ops Leads and Executives, and keep every stakeholder informed through to offer. • Stay connected. Attend weekly coaching, team meetings, and calibration sessions, and send a daily end-of-day report on your pipeline.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of US recruiting experience; you've hired for US-based companies or clients and know that market's pace and expectations. This is non-negotiable.
- Full-cycle experience: sourcing, screening, interviewing, endorsement, and offer coordination.
- Strong sourcing instincts on LinkedIn and social media. You're comfortable building a visible recruiting presence online.
- Excellent written and spoken English; your profilers and candidate emails represent us.
- Organized and self-directed. Daily reporting and multiple open roles don't rattle you.
- Comfortable working US hours, with flexibility across regions.
- Bonus: experience recruiting in the Philippines or Latin America markets.
