Role Description As a Physician at Recover Medical Group, you will treat patients struggling with substance use. You will provide high-quality, evidence-based care to patients at all stages of their recovery journey. You will collaborate with leaders within the organization to maintain program quality, compliance with regulatory standards, and the well-being of both patients and staff. You will be responsible for: - Intakes and follow-ups - Developing individualized assessment and plans - Medication management - Communicating with patients in between appointments for urgent needs - Timely documentation You’ll collaborate regularly with the rest of the treatment team consisting of the medical director, therapists, and case managers to provide comprehensive treatment plans for patients. This position is best suited for someone who is comfortable working independently, will take ownership of patient care, build rapport, and who works well in a collaborative team environment. You’ll have the opportunity to grow with us and work with patients from across the state. This role is full time and fully remote. You will report directly to Recover’s Medical Director, Daniel Duel for supervision and support. Role is full time, 40 hours/week across 4-5 days. Qualifications - Kehtiva Eesti arsti- või ravimitöötaja litsentsiga spetsialist, kellel on kliiniline töökogemus. - Erialane taust sisehaiguste, üldkirurgia, ortopeedia, reumatoloogia või muu laia profiiliga erialal on eelistatud. - Inimene, kes suudab meditsiinilisi hinnanguid väljendada selgelt ja struktureeritult ka mittemeditsiinilisele lugejale. - Kohusetundlik partner, kelle vastused saabuvad kokkulepitud ajaks. - Eesti keele valdamine kõrgtasemel on vajalik. - Varasem kogemus kindlustuse, töövõimehindamise või meditsiinilise ekspertiisi valdkonnas on suur eelis. • Engage with collaborative team of healthcare professionals including health coaches, physicians, chief medical officer, and other colleagues • Conduct health assessments including review of laboratory results, medical history, and psychosocial history • Assess symptoms and treat as appropriate, collaborating with Twin Health member’s primary care provider • Willingness to deliver care using telemedicine and to document in Twin’s clinical platform • Manage a high risk population and work collaboratively between the care team and member to understand social determinants of health and population specific needs • Willingness to learn and understand the Twin Model of Care to support reversal of diabetes and other chronic conditions • Basic understanding of business objectives and service level agreements that support both financial, clinical, and quality success and outcomes • Collaborate with Twin medical team to provide excellent customer service and experience, focusing member care around multiple chronic conditions • Provide patient education to promote habits that will prevent diseases and maintain good health as outlined by Twin Health Program • Discussing and reviewing patients' medical history, symptoms, allergies, and current medications. • Asking patients situation-specific questions to assess symptoms • Prescribing suitable medications to patients and providing proper dosage and administration instructions per Twin Health Policy • Maintaining accurate records of patients' contact details, medical history, prescribed medications, allergies, diagnoses, and progress • Additional duties as assigned

• Provide outpatient telehealth care for adolescents and adults requiring tobacco use treatment • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver direct patient care • Attend on-site meetings approximately six times per year • Document clinic, telehealth, and other patient encounters in the Epic (Maestro) system • Participate in basic science and clinical research projects conducted by the supervising physician • Train new personnel • Participate in teaching medical students, nursing students, physician assistant students, and other health professionals
