As an RDN at Shapely, you will play a pivotal role in empowering individuals on their weight loss journey through telehealth services. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting one-on-one telehealth consultations with patients to assess their dietary needs, create personalized nutrition plans, and monitor their weight loss progress. - Creating handouts, blogs, and other educational materials to enhance patient education related to weight loss. - Utilizing templates and other educational materials to provide direct patient education on nutrition during video sessions. - Collaborating with the interdisciplinary healthcare team, including providers, to provide comprehensive care and support. - Documenting patient interactions, progress, and recommendations in our electronic health record (EHR) in accordance with company standards.
