Fee Structure - Base Service Fee (time-based): A fee for time worked on the engagement. Where the fee is paid on an hourly basis, the contractor is required to submit a timesheet reporting the hours worked. - Inherited-Account Incentive (retention & growth): An incentive tied to the retention and continued growth of the inherited accounts. - Self-Developed-Account Incentive (new business): An incentive tied to net-new revenue from accounts the contractor originates independently. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in a Life Sciences–related major (Biology, Chemistry, Genetics, etc.). - 3+ years of experience in direct sales and/or marketing of NGS services or molecular-biology products. - Native or bilingual proficiency in Spanish and professional fluency in English. - Ability to relay Psomagen's shipping and customs instructions to customers accurately.
