Senior Program Manager – Cloud Infrastructure Services

• Manage the entire project lifecycle by developing project charters, planning activities, and tracking milestones to closure • Provide management-level visibility and reporting on project status, risks, and information to ensure transparency • Develop and refine processes, program templates, and documentation to scale the organization • Coordinate cross-functional communication between system engineers, sales, and product teams to deliver an excellent customer experience • Effectively utilize project management tools including Jira, Confluence, and dashboards to maintain operational excellence
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of technical program management experience in networking, cloud operations, infrastructure, or data center technologies
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with VP-level stakeholders and navigate executive-level communications
- Experience working collaboratively across organizations with strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Active U.S. citizenship
