• Own the supply side of Protege's data platform • Define the stages, validation gates, and quality checks that data passes through • Own the product decisions around metadata generation • Define what 'catalog-ready' means and build the tooling that enforces it • Work with vertical stakeholders to translate their requirements into platform-level standards
Job Requirements
- 4–7 years of PM experience where the core product was a data pipeline, data quality system, or data ingestion platform
- Hands-on technical depth — you can write SQL, read pipeline logs, spot a schema mismatch, and understand the tradeoffs in a data validation architecture

Role Description We are the UHC Payment Integrity AI/ML Engineering Team, responsible for designing and deploying advanced Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions that prevent Fraud, Waste, and Abuse (FWA) across the healthcare claims ecosystem. Our work spans pre‑payment prediction, post‑payment anomaly detection, intelligent automation, and next‑generation LLM‑based decisioning. The team is a blend of AI/ML engineers, data scientists, data engineers, and GenAI specialists who collaborate to build and scale end‑to‑end ML systems.
