Role Description - Hands on data processing and analysis of project data (e.g. trial data, biomarkers, gene expression data) - Develop predictive models, identify subgroups, perform cutoff determination using basic / advanced statistical methods - Statistical programming, development of reusable programs (e.g., functions, macros), data visualization, program validation, output generation - Support non-clinical / clinical development in all phases, study planning (protocol, study design), sample size, reporting, analysis plan (e.g. SAP) - Customer consulting and direct point of contact Qualifications - Master’s degree in statistics, mathematics, data science, or equivalent education or PhD - At least three years of professional experience in data analysis and clinical research - Strong expertise in basic and advanced statistical methods, e.g. multivariate statistics, mixed models - Very good IT expertise, especially with statistical analysis tools (R required, SAS is a plus) - Quick comprehension and analytical thinking - Precise and accurate way of working - Team player with high degree of initiative - Good English skills, German is an advantage Benefits - Valued communication, flat hierarchies, open corporate culture, and a harmonious work environment - Comprehensive individual development opportunities and continuous trainings - Flexible working hours - Modern and bright office with a subsidised canteen - Opportunity to work 2 days per week from home - Full remote work from anywhere in Germany can be discussed for those who do not live in Munich - Join an interdisciplinary team allowing you to discuss with and learn from peers with many different backgrounds Company Description Staburo GmbH is a data science company, specialized in statistical consulting, programming and bioinformatics for healthcare projects.
