• As a Talent Manager / Assistant Influencer Project Manager, you will play a key role in talent management, negotiation, and coordination of specific campaigns. • Managing incoming and outgoing emails for each content creator • Managing client meetings • Organizing and tracking each creator's schedule • Monitoring and coordinating product deliveries • Managing marketing campaigns • Campaign reporting (partnerships, events...) • Supporting each talent • Monitoring current social media trends • Proposing ideas to improve each content creator's output • Primary point of contact between talent and the agency • Social media monitoring

Job Requirements

  • Prior experience in influencer work is appreciated; experience in Communications is required
  • Strong interest in the influencer world, social media culture, and a keen eye for trends
  • You are organized and highly responsive
  • Knowledge of the specificities of each platform (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch)
  • Heavy social media user; experience as a content creator is a real plus
  • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Autonomous and proactive
  • Excellent written communication and flawless spelling required
