Project Management Specialist

• Apply project management tools and competencies to ensure the flawless launch and execution of Innovation and Renovation (I&R) projects • Implement innovation and renovation strategies in the nutrition area for the LATAM region • Successfully launch new nutritional products • Effectively integrate nutritional innovations and renovations with cross-functional teams • Lead timely preparation of the Business Opportunity, Business Case and Business Plan • Manage opportunities and risks, escalating critical issues to decision-makers when necessary • Coordinate and facilitate project meetings • Ensure transparency, documentation, and communication of project status and risks to cross-functional team members • Ensure correct recording, periodic updating, and completion of data in the I2L system • Lead stakeholder management across different functions • Capture and share lessons learned and category knowledge.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (completed)
  • Experience in project management
  • Experience working in matrix organizational structures
