• Support Stacy directly — coordinating schedules, meetings and follow-ups so her time is spent where it matters most • Track action items and commitments — making sure nothing slips through the cracks and everything gets done • Help manage projects across multiple areas of the business, creating structure and accountability around key initiatives • Look after the community — handling member communication, responding to questions and keeping engagement warm and consistent • Support events and initiatives — helping plan and deliver community events and activities as initiatives grow • Handle community administration — keeping things organised behind the scenes so members have a smooth, welcoming experience • Build relationships — becoming a familiar, trusted point of contact for Stacy's audience
Job Requirements
- Experience in a role such as Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff support, Operations Coordinator or Community Manager
- Ideally, a background in online education, coaching, publishing or creator-led businesses
- Excellent written communication skills with a warm, professional tone
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball
- A proactive, people-first approach
- Strong tech skills — experience with tools like Google Workspace, Calendly, Asana, Dropbox or community platforms is desirable
