Role Description We currently have a vacancy for a Data Analyst (Power BI, ML) fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert remotely (within EU). In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site. - Evolutive maintenance of Power BI dashboards; - Gather requirements from Business Units, implement improvements, new data loads and refreshes for all datasets included; - Maintain and upgrade the Data Gateway connections; - Evolutive maintenance of the data pipeline classification in Python; - Train and deploy machine learning models in a production environment, monitor performance and make improvements as needed; - Apply machine learning to improve the quality of data or products and deploy data tools in data analysis; - Define, implement and monitor security plans, vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, risk management, security audits, security operations and incident response; - Provide guidance and support to users, follow up on incidents and user requests, write user manuals and IS on-line help for Information Systems, prepare and provide training on Information systems. Qualifications - University degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with minimum 4 years of relevant working experience in IT; - Experience with programming languages (e.g. Python, R); - Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. tableau, Power BI) or software frameworks to process Big Data (e.g. Spark, Databricks, Splunk, Hadoop); - Experience with AI platforms, tool kits and techniques (e.g. TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, CNTK, Scikit, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)); - Experience with gathering requirements from Business Units; - Experience in implementing connections to new data sources, data cleaning, testing; - Experience in creation of new AI prompts to improve classification accuracy; - Experience in documentation of changes; - Excellent command of the English language.
