• Orchestrate and manage deployments and technical integrations for planned or unplanned environment changes such as software application upgrades. • Conduct and oversee OS patching activities for all our payor implementation customers. • Manage or create Salesforce, Service Now, Jira tickets for various scenarios per the Change Management processes. • Advise and assist the customer with adopting the best release management practices. • Ensure the environment is in a last well-known good state and leverage appropriate technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve environmental issues.

• Review batches of exam questions provided by the Kaplan Content Specialist. • Evaluate questions against a provided checklist, ensuring they accurately reflect the style, content, and difficulty of the official exam. • When needed, make necessary revisions and improvements to questions to enhance their quality and exam relevance. • Submit marked-up Google Docs for each batch, clearly tracking all changes using Google Docs' Track Changes feature. • Ensure all content is accurate, error-free, and current with the latest ServSafe Food Protection Manager Exam specifications. • Adhere to Kaplan's requested style guide in all revisions and submissions. • Participate in Kaplan's standard content review cycle, addressing feedback on clarity, accuracy, formatting, and presentation. • Rephrase and revise content to align with test-likeness. • Respond to all review queries within 2 business days, or earlier if requested. • Adhere to specified timelines for each batch of questions, as communicated by the Content Specialist.

• Collaborate with business development and clinical leads to create an effective outcomes plan for grant submissions • Review program evaluations for alignment with outcomes expectations • Track and analyze all outcomes data for approved grants • Interpret data and develop monthly, interim, and final outcomes reports in collaboration with program managers and clinical directors • Develop internal resources, capabilities, processes and procedures for assessing, planning, and evaluating the effectiveness of continuing education activities targeted to healthcare professionals • Lead biweekly outcomes and reconciliation meetings • Stay current with innovations in the demonstration of value for educational programming • Ensure activity files contain all required retention documentation
