Job Description

Release & Deployment Manager

HealthEdge

• Orchestrate and manage deployments and technical integrations for planned or unplanned environment changes such as software application upgrades. • Conduct and oversee OS patching activities for all our payor implementation customers. • Manage or create Salesforce, Service Now, Jira tickets for various scenarios per the Change Management processes. • Advise and assist the customer with adopting the best release management practices. • Ensure the environment is in a last well-known good state and leverage appropriate technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve environmental issues.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or similar discipline or the equivalent combination of education and experience
  • At least 7 years of technical software implementation experience including set up of environments for application migrations.
  • Solid understanding of Release & Change Management processes
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - self-starter who can dive into complex projects and take it forward with minimal supervision
  • Experience working with Linux server environments, enterprise collaboration applications, network technologies.
  • Strong focus on customer service
  • Experience working with Web Applications, Databases and Web Services (Any technology).
