Lantern Care
• Lead the strategy and execution of Lantern’s territory and provider account management function. • Drive provider engagement, retention, and growth across key markets. • Build operational infrastructure that supports scale. • Focus on team development, removing operational barriers, implementing reporting cadences, and formalizing account planning and performance management processes. • Partner cross-functionally with Member Services, Claims, Clinical, and Network Strategy to ensure a consistent provider experience.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in provider network management, healthcare operations, or account leadership.
- 3+ years of team management experience (5+ years preferred).
- Industry experience strongly preferred, including familiarity with Centers of Excellence models, provider networks, or value-based care environments.
- Proven track record of leading and scaling high-performing teams.
- Demonstrated success managing complex stakeholder environments and cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong operational and strategic planning capabilities.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments.
- Exceptional communication and executive presence with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with project management and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Jira, Monday.com, Microsoft Project).
