AI & Data Systems Engineer

• Negotiate simple and complex customer, commercial, and strategic agreements, including GPO, IDN, Data Privacy/Security, Clinical Study, partnership, and vendor agreements, in a diplomatic manner that protects the company and balances business, financial, and legal objectives. • Keep Legal, Sales, Operations, and Executive personnel apprised of legal and healthcare compliance issues (e.g., AKS/Stark) and negotiated terms, applying a working knowledge of how contract terms impact Revenue Recognition. • Tackle complex problems of broad scope where analysis requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors. Position Overview : Ceribell is currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist. We are looking for a highly motivated analytically minded individual who thrives in a fast-paced work environment. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be reporting to Accounting Management. This position is an essential part of our finance department, responsible for reviewing account information, correcting discrepancies, and ensuring that accounts are properly billed and that payments are collected in a timely and efficient manner. In addition, you will be a key point of contact to work and foster positive relationships with our customers. What you'll do: Experience with subscription models, recurring billing systems, supply chain and manufacturing processes. Collaborate closely with the AR team to distribute workload, ensure coverage, and standardize processes across the department. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer inquiries, resolve disputes, and provide exceptional service. Act as a point of contact for customers regarding their account status and payment-related queries. Leverage NetSuite's customer relationship management features to maintain comprehensive customer records. Utilize your expertise in NetSuite to manage and maintain accurate customer accounts, including contact details, payment terms, and credit limits. Leverage the system's functionalities to streamline payment processing, and reporting tasks. Support day-to-day operations to the Quote to Cash workflow with hands-on experience in using SFDC and NetSuite. Initiate collection efforts for past due accounts through friendly and professional communications. Utilize NetSuite to track and manage collection activities, streamlining the process for maximum efficiency. Leverage the system's capabilities to streamline payment reconciliation processes. Monitor payment trends, identify potential issues, and proactively resolve payment discrepancies to ensure timely revenue recognition. As needed, upload certain customer invoices to a third party portal for payment processing. Utilize NetSuite's reporting functionalities to prepare regular reports on accounts receivable aging, collection progress. Analyze trends, identify potential risks, and recommend strategies for improving collection efficiency. Generate customized reports as needed to meet the organization's reporting requirements. Compensation: SF Bay Area/LA Metro/NY Metro: $92,000 - $100,000 National: $70,000 -$85,000 Compensation Range $70,000 — $100,000 USD A candidate’s final salary offer will be based on their skills, education, work location and experience, and thus it may differ from the posted range. Senior Equity Admin Manager

• Lead the Equity Administration function and manage equity programs, including process improvements, implementing automated solutions, and evaluating service providers with a focus on scale and team member experience • Oversee the management and administration of Ceribell’s stock plans, including ensuring integrity and accuracy around processing stock awards, exercises and settlements, and other plan activities • Ensure database integrity and accuracy of record keeping of employee data and equity data in the stock administration system. Includes monthly reconciliation of equity activity, including shares outstanding and share reserves among company records to support internal and external reporting activities • Partner with other functional leads (including Legal, People Team (HR), Payroll, Accounting and Finance) to scale existing processes while ensuring the accuracy of all equity data, including all aspects of record-keeping, withholding, reporting reconciliation and compliance • Foster a positive participant experience by supporting employees’ understanding of Ceribell’s equity award programs and policies through routine employee training and communication, including maintaining our internal equity site • Prepare Compensation Committee and Board of Directors materials related to equity compensation • Either prepare or assist in the accounting of all equity plans under US GAAP including preparation of assumption estimates and valuations of equity awards and ESPP, analysis for equity modifications and calculation of accounting charge and preparation of account reconciliations for equity related accounts • Provide selected data for external and internal audits to ensure ongoing compliance • Maintain SOX documentation to ensure controls are appropriate and operate effectively • Coordinate with payroll, accounting, and HR on the reporting of stock compensation for employee income purposes.
