Job Requirements
- 8+ years of product strategy management experience
- At least 3 years in a leadership or director-level role
- Deep expertise in digital advertising, programmatic media, and ad tech integrations
- Strong technical knowledge of order management systems, ad servers, DSPs, and API integrations
- Experience managing and mentoring Product Managers
- Proven ability to define and execute product strategy, aligning with business goals
- Strong analytical mindset using data and KPIs to inform product decisions
- Experience working in an Agile development process
- Excellent communication skills
