• Own features end-to-end from framing the problem with Product to shipping and measuring impact, across onboarding, activation, dashboards, and billing/account UI • Build with an AI-first mindset using tools like Claude Code, Copilot, or Cursor • Instrument what you ship with event tracking and dashboards • Run experiments to improve activation and conversion based on real usage data • Collaborate with various teams to shape API design and pick up backend work

Job Requirements

  • Strong product mindset
  • Experience with React
  • Ability to collaborate widely with teams including Product, Marketing, Sales, Support, and Backend Engineers
  • Proficiency with event tracking and dashboards (Amplitude, Segment, BigQuery, PostHog)
  • Experience running A/B tests and iterating on activation and conversion
  • Experience mentoring other engineers

Role Description Red Arch Solutions is seeking an Experienced Web Developer in Annapolis Junction, MD on a high-priority contract. This position offers up to 16 hours or TELEWORK per week. - Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance web-based software solutions that support mission-critical intelligence applications. - Build intuitive, user-friendly web interfaces that enable analysts to capture, organize, visualize, and share data across the Intelligence Community. - Analyze user requirements and translate them into software design, performance, and usability requirements. - Collaborate with engineers, UX/UI designers, and mission stakeholders to develop scalable and responsive web applications. - Develop and maintain front-end components using modern web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks. - Integrate web applications with REST-based APIs and backend services to support data-driven mission capabilities.
