Role Description Red Arch Solutions is seeking an Experienced Web Developer in Annapolis Junction, MD on a high-priority contract. This position offers up to 16 hours or TELEWORK per week. - Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance web-based software solutions that support mission-critical intelligence applications. - Build intuitive, user-friendly web interfaces that enable analysts to capture, organize, visualize, and share data across the Intelligence Community. - Analyze user requirements and translate them into software design, performance, and usability requirements. - Collaborate with engineers, UX/UI designers, and mission stakeholders to develop scalable and responsive web applications. - Develop and maintain front-end components using modern web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks. - Integrate web applications with REST-based APIs and backend services to support data-driven mission capabilities. Qualifications - Active TS/SCI with Polygraph. - Eight (8) or more years of experience with web application and/or front-end languages and technologies plus a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required OR Twelve (12) years of development experience may be substituted for candidates without a qualifying bachelor’s degree. - Experience designing, developing, testing, and maintaining web applications. - Experience developing user-accessible web interfaces using technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience working with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue. - Experience developing applications that interface with REST-based APIs or web services. - Experience working through the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment. - Experience troubleshooting and resolving software defects and performance issues. - Experience integrating new web components with existing applications and services. - Experience developing or maintaining technical documentation related to software systems. - Experience working in an Agile software development environment. - Experience using Jira and Confluence or similar collaboration and issue-tracking tools. - Experience ensuring developed software meets 508 accessibility compliance standards.
