Role Description Our team is growing rapidly, and we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who is passionate about finding exceptional people, building long-term relationships with candidates, and helping teams grow with the right talent. If you enjoy full-cycle recruitment, dynamic communication, and collaborating closely with hiring managers to make impactful hiring decisions, we’d love to meet you. - Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from vacancy intake to offer acceptance. - Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and other recruitment channels. - Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. - Conduct competency-based interviews and provide structured candidate evaluations to Hiring Managers. - Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to define hiring strategies, align on candidate profiles, and ensure efficient recruitment processes. - Manage candidate pipelines, interview stages, and recruitment documentation in Workable ATS, ensuring data accuracy and process transparency. - Coordinate interviews and maintain seamless communication between candidates and interviewers. - Provide timely and professional feedback to candidates throughout every stage of the hiring process. - Ensure an outstanding candidate experience from the first interaction through onboarding. - Participate in employer branding initiatives and continuously improve recruitment processes and hiring practices. - Monitor recruitment metrics and contribute ideas to improve hiring efficiency and quality. Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Executive Search. - Experience managing full-cycle recruitment across different business functions and seniority levels. - Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean Search, and other sourcing techniques. - Experience conducting competency-based interviews and preparing structured candidate assessments. - Excellent stakeholder management, alignment, and communication skills. - Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Workable experience will be considered a strong advantage. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously. - Ability to prioritize workload and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a data-driven approach to recruitment. - Upper-Intermediate (B2) English or higher. Requirements - Experience recruiting for iGaming, Marketing, Product, or FinTech roles. - Experience supporting employer branding initiatives. - Experience working with recruitment analytics and reports. - Familiarity with competency frameworks and structured interviewing methodologies. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead for Sales, you will also have a Global Talent Acquisition Team to support you, share insights and work together as #oneteam. Role Description We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our global TA team. You'll own the full recruitment cycle, from the first job post to the final handshake, hiring across the US, the Philippines, Latin America, and new markets we're testing. You'll work directly with our Global Talent Acquisition Manager and grow through weekly coaching; this is a role where you're mentored, not just managed.
