Role Description We are looking for a dynamic, experienced Revenue Cycle Specialist to join our fast-growing dental partnership network (“DPN”)! Reporting to the Revenue Cycle Manager and Vice President of Insurance Operations and Revenue Cycle Management, the Revenue Cycle Specialist (RCS) is responsible for: - Reviewing and resolving outstanding insurance claims in multiple dental offices. - Identifying areas of opportunity to decrease aging and boost collections for training or other recommendations in the office’s current revenue cycle processes. - Following up on assigned outstanding claims utilizing high-level problem-solving. - Consistently meeting daily goals and project deadlines. - Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with partner offices and various leaders in the organization. - Working closely with the Revenue Cycle Manager to provide revenue cycle support aligned with the Company’s core values. - Ensuring adherence to the Company’s internal control process and policies. Role Description We are seeking a proactive, experienced Technology Integration Engineer to play a central role in ensuring seamless technology operations across our network of dental practices. This role will be responsible for managing MSP partnerships, overseeing core system administration (including Denticon, O365, Teams, SharePoint), and coordinating technology support and integrations that drive operational efficiency and practice satisfaction. Core Responsibilities - Technology Integration & Support - Serve as an engineer for PMS conversions and technology onboarding during practice transitions. - Coordinate, order and validate hardware and driver installations, resolving integration dependencies in collaboration with IT, Operations, and Revenue Cycle teams. - Manage core platforms including Denticon, Microsoft 365, Teams, EDR, RMM and SharePoint, ensuring proper access control, configurations, and governance. - Onboarding and off boarding employees. - Maintain a high standard of technology experience at the practice level, escalating and coordinating issues with MSPs to resolution. - Manage domain registrations, transfers and DNS for practices. - Manage all orders using Guardian Procurement vendor. - Primary owner of all internal Guardian IT Tickets using Freshdesk. - Manage Microsoft Intune, Conditional Access policies, Identity & Access Management (IAM), endpoint compliance, and device lifecycle management across the organization. - Administer SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and Power Platform solutions including Power Automate workflows and integrations. - Support administration, Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations, and secure access governance across enterprise platforms. - Implement and maintain cybersecurity best practices related to endpoint security, MFA, access control, and compliance standards. - Vendor & MSP Management - Coordinate and work with external Managed Service Providers, ensuring SLA adherence, quality of service, and efficient handling of onsite and remote service requests. - Track and approve MSP dispatches while maintaining visibility into practice-level technology needs and performance trends. - Serve as a Guardian Dentistry Partners contact for technology vendors, third-party platforms (Jarvis, Dental Intel, etc.), and integration partners. - Cross-Functional Alignment & Communication - Build strong relationships with Operations, Finance, Clinical, and RCM teams to ensure technology initiatives align with business objectives. - Provide structured updates on integration progress, technology performance, and vendor status to internal stakeholders. - Participate in routine IT/Technology leadership updates and project status meetings. Role Description The Manager, Clinical Program Performance is a field-based, results-driven role with one clear mandate: maximize the clinical and revenue impact of Guardian Dentistry Partners’ core programs, Curodont Repair Fluoride Plus (vVARDIS) and Pearl AI imaging, across GDP’s 160+ practice network. This is not a training coordination role. This person owns outcomes and is accountable for: - Curodont procedure volume and revenue growth - Driving Pearl image utilization rates across every active GDP practice Compensation reflects that accountability, with significant bonus potential tied directly and exclusively to quarterly performance on both programs. The ideal candidate is a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) who combines deep clinical knowledge with an operator’s mindset. They walk into a practice and earn immediate credibility at the chair, then translate that credibility into measurable behavior change. They are comfortable analyzing their own performance data, identifying where they are behind, and doing what it takes to close the gap. The Insurance Coordinator will be responsible for setting up and managing the insurance master and fee schedules across multiple dental practices using Denticon. This role plays a critical part in optimizing revenue cycle performance, reducing claim denials, and enhancing patient satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Set up insurance for each new office and maintain insurance master files & fee schedules for existing practices and prevent duplicates. - Oversee insurance plans being added as offices migrate to Denticon. - Assist offices with go-live preparations and ensure month 1 patients scheduled have insurance attached. - Oversee and coordinate the submission, tracking, and follow-up of dental insurance claims within Denticon. - Understand the insurance eligibility and benefits process using Denticon’s verification tools and third-party portals. - Work closely with office staff to ensure accurate documentation and coding for insurance claims. - Monitor claim status, identify denials or discrepancies, and take corrective actions to ensure timely reimbursement. - Assist in the Denticon PMS implementation by providing insurance-related insights and participating in training sessions. - Maintain a thorough understanding of insurance policies, coverage limitations, and regulatory compliance requirements. - Collaborate with the billing team to resolve outstanding claims and accounts receivable issues. - Educate practice staff on insurance protocols and Denticon functionalities to improve accuracy and efficiency. - Generate reports on insurance claims performance and provide recommendations for process improvements. Role Description This role involves assisting with insurance payment posting for multiple dental offices. - Post insurance payment accurately into Denticon - Keep backlog current - Properly address offset/takeback from insurance companies - Handle unapplied balances - Perform daily reconciliation of payments - Meet deadlines, share updates, and work on exciting projects - Collaborate with teams and leaders across the company - Bring new ideas for process improvements and efficiency - Work independently or in teams on special projects Qualifications - A minimum of 3 years of experience in revenue cycle or insurance payment posting, preferably in dental - Familiarity with dental software like Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or OpenDental preferably with Denticon - An understanding of the different forms of insurance payments (EFT, virtual credit card and checks) - An understanding of Insurance Explanation of Benefits - Strong time management, research, and problem-solving skills - Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Benefits - Salary: $35K-$50K + yearly bonus - Competitive health, dental, vision, long-term and short-term disability, and life insurance plans - Participation in a 401k plan with company match - Remote workforce model - The opportunity to engage in a values-based organization Company Description At Guardian Dentistry Partners, we support a network of 168+ thriving practices across 11.5 states.
