Role Description We're looking for a Sourcing & Recruitment Coordinator to own the top of our hiring funnel and keep every candidate moving. You'll be the first point of contact for everyone who applies to Wingz, and the engine behind our passive talent pipeline. This role combines two crafts — sourcing and coordination — into one, so you'll never be bored, and you'll see your fingerprints on every hire the team makes. What You'll do - Sourcing (your core craft) - Headhunt passive talent for all open roles across the Philippines, Latin America, and soon the US — with a focus on operations and software engineering positions. - Build and maintain talent pipelines on LinkedIn and other channels so roles open with candidates already waiting. - Screen resumes and identify the profiles worth our TA Specialists' interview hours. - Coordination (your daily rhythm) - Be the first point of contact for every candidate — manage the candidate email inbox from application through onboarding, so no one is ever left waiting or wondering. - Send initial requirements (video introductions, assessments where applicable) and follow up until complete. - Move candidates through hiring stages in Workable, keeping the pipeline accurate and current every day. - Coordinate interview schedules between candidates, TA Specialists, Operations Leads, and Wingz Executives. - Support offer and onboarding coordination with the Global Talent Acquisition Manager until each hire is fully landed. Qualifications - 2+ years of solid sourcing experience for operations and engineering roles — this is required. - Hands-on experience sourcing technical talent (software engineers) — you understand tech stacks well enough to tell a strong profile from a keyword match. - Experience with an ATS (Workable a plus) and disciplined pipeline hygiene. - Excellent written English — your emails are the candidate's first impression of Wingz. - Organized, responsive, and self-directed. You can run sourcing blocks and a busy inbox in the same day without dropping either. - Comfortable working US hours, with flexibility across regions and time zones. - Bonus: experience sourcing in Latin America or US markets; experience supporting multiple recruiters. Requirements - Employment Set-up: Remote (Independent Contractor) - Employment Type: Full-Time / Long Term - Salary Rate: USD 1,000/ Month - Benefit: 10 PTO and HMO after the probationary period - Pay-out Frequency: Semi-monthly - Equipment: Self-Provide

What You'll Do: - Source: Post roles and build pipelines through social media and LinkedIn, including passive sourcing for hard-to-fill positions. - Screen: Review resumes and send initial requirements (video introductions and role-specific assessments where applicable) with timely follow-ups so no candidate is left waiting. - Interview: Schedule and conduct TA interviews that respect the candidate's time and dig into what matters. - Endorse: Write clear, honest candidate profilers and endorse your best people to hiring leaders. - Coordinate: Schedule candidates with Ops Leads and Executives, and keep every stakeholder informed through to offer. - Stay connected: Attend weekly coaching, team meetings, and calibration sessions, and send a daily end-of-day report on your pipeline. Qualifications - 2+ years of US recruiting experience; you've hired for US-based companies or clients and know that market's pace and expectations. Role Description Wingz is looking for a Finance & Operations Associate based in the Philippines to join our growing remote team. This is a full-time, remote-first position designed for a well-rounded professional who brings financial acuity and operational discipline together, someone who can move fluidly between numbers, processes, people, and stakeholder communication without losing pace or precision. This is not a siloed accounting role. You will work across finance, operations, client relations, and team development. You will be expected to think critically, communicate clearly with leadership and executives, build and improve the systems the business runs on, and take genuine ownership of your work. We are specifically seeking talent in the Philippines — a market that consistently produces high-caliber remote professionals. If you are serious about building a long-term remote career, contributing at a level that matters, and growing within an organization that recognizes strong performance, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities - Finance & Accounting: - Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, and financial records using the organization's accounting tools. - Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, summaries, and data presentations for leadership and stakeholders. - Analyze financial data to surface trends, flag variances, and provide actionable interpretation — not just raw numbers. - Support budget tracking, reconciliation, and month-end close processes. - Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and any applicable regulatory requirements. - Demonstrate adaptability across accounting and bookkeeping platforms — QuickBooks, Xero, FreshBooks, or others as the business requires. - Operations: - Create, document, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), workflows, and process guides that the team can actually use. - Regularly review existing processes against business data and drive improvements — identify inefficiencies before they become problems. - Support the implementation and rollout of new operational updates, tools, and organizational changes with thoroughness and compliance. - Coordinate across departments and functions to ensure operational continuity and alignment. - Contribute to data analytics efforts — collect, organize, interpret, and present operational data in clear formats for decision-making. - Client Communication & Relationships: - Serve as a professional point of contact for clients — written and verbal communication must reflect Wingz's standards at all times. - Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent, proactive, and reliable communication. - Handle client inquiries, escalations, and follow-ups with clarity, professionalism, and appropriate urgency. - Understand client needs deeply enough to anticipate issues and communicate solutions before they are asked. - Leadership & Team Development: - Lead or co-lead a team — previous team leadership experience is required, and you will be expected to step into that role here. - Actively nurture the career development of team members and direct reports — coaching, mentoring, and feedback are part of the job, not optional. - Model accountability, clear communication, and high standards for your team. - Identify skills gaps and growth opportunities within the team and raise them with leadership constructively. - Leadership & Executive Communication: - Communicate directly and explicitly with executives, leadership, and stakeholders — no ambiguity, no over-hedging. - Prepare clear updates, reports, and briefings that give decision-makers exactly what they need without burying the point. - Raise issues, risks, and recommendations proactively — leadership should never be the last to know. - Represent the team and the work confidently in any forum — written memos, verbal updates, or live meetings. Qualifications - Minimum 3 years of combined, relevant experience spanning finance/accounting and operations — not one or the other, both. - Demonstrated experience leading or managing a team in any capacity. - Track record of building or improving SOPs, workflows, or business processes. - Background in client-facing roles where communication quality directly affected outcomes. - Experience working in a remote environment is strongly preferred — you understand remote discipline, async communication, and self-management. - We do not require experience with any one specific tool. We require the mindset and capability to learn and use whatever the business runs on. Communication - Solid English communication — both written and verbal — is non-negotiable. You will be communicating with US-based leadership, executives, and clients. - Written: reports, SOPs, email correspondence, and internal documentation must be clear, concise, and professional at all times. - Verbal: you must be comfortable speaking in team meetings, client calls, and leadership briefings — articulate, confident, and direct. - You communicate with intention. You do not leave room for misinterpretation when it matters. Who You Are - You are passionate about remote work — not because it's convenient, but because you treat it as a serious career path and show up accordingly. - You are dedicated — to your craft, your team, and the organization you represent. - You are a critical thinker — you question processes, look for root causes, and bring solutions, not just observations. - You are explicit — in what you communicate, what you need, and what you expect, whether speaking to a team member or an executive. - You invest in your team — you genuinely care about the growth of the people you work with and make time for it. - You follow through — on compliance, on implementation, on commitments. The business can count on you. - You adapt — to new tools, new processes, and organizational changes without friction or complaint.
