The role enables digital observability at scale across web and mobile ecosystems, leveraging platforms such as Glassbox. The analyst will interpret digital experience data, guide partners on implementation best practices, and develop lightweight automations and integrations. This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. Rate: $75.00 to $85.00/hr. w2 JN -042026-106397 Responsibilities: - Analyze digital experience data using Glassbox and related platforms. - Interpret session replay data and user journeys. - Support production incident analysis. - Design and validate tracking strategies and custom events. - Partner with application teams to ensure data quality. - Manage technical conversations with mobile platform, DevOps, and native framework teams. - Act as an interface between business and technology teams. - Enable partners through documentation and self-service workflows and tools. - Develop lightweight automations and integrations to reduce manual operational effort. - Leverage APIs and GenAI tools for efficiency and surfacing data in external tools. Experience Requirements: - 8-10 years in technical analytics, observability, or experience analytics. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Experience with observability or performance monitoring tools. - Working understanding of web and mobile architectures. - Experience leveraging APIs and Python scripting for automations. - Experience with Glassbox or similar session replay tools. - Familiarity with Grafana or dashboards. - Exposure to tag management systems. - Enterprise environment experience. - Excellent communication skills to lead technical discussions and translate findings for non-technical stakeholders.
