• Optimize, standardize, and leverage the functionality of the ERP and other Business Systems. • Integrate systems into business processes for improved efficiency. • Participate in all aspects of the SDLC process. • Recommend opportunities for IT process improvements. • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document functional requirements. • Develop and validate testing plans; conduct user testing; coordinate UAT. • Prepare documentation and train end users/stakeholders. • Write supporting documentation such as release notes and help articles. • Provide support activities escalated from the support team.

Qualifications - Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) - Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service - Enterprise Profitability and Cost Management - Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service - Oracle Integration Cloud - Groovy Language - Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service - Basic knowledge and understanding of unit, functional, performance, and user acceptance testing - Basic knowledge and understanding of how technology can be used to automate business processes - Demonstrated experience documenting work processes and business rules - Demonstrated experience using business systems to provide customer service Requirements - Significant requirement gathering experience - Insurance or financial industry experience a plus - Salesforce/Relate platform experience - Python, PowerBI and good broad technology prowess
