• Prospect and qualify new leads across the Saudi market, supporting our sales pipeline. • Support outreach and relationship-building with potential partners, payment methods, and acquirers. • Help manage communications and follow-ups with existing and prospective merchant clients. • Maintain up-to-date CRM records and pipeline data across sales, partnerships, and accounts. • Prepare materials, decks, and reports to support the regional commercial strategy. • Help shape how Yuno's commercial presence grows in the Saudi market.

• Build and launch lifecycle outputs in platforms like Klaviyo, following the master brief to ensure every campaign is correctly set up, rigorously QA’d, and functionally perfect. • Write the copy and use the AI tools to brainstorm subject lines, preview text, hooks, and call-to-action (CTA) variations for each workflow phase. • Empower the design team by providing clear inputs and realistic deadlines, maintaining a balanced workload that allows for high-quality, high-momentum execution. • Own ClickUp and make sure is always kept up to date, every delivery item is delivered on time and following our quality standards. • Manage day-to-day internal and client communications, ensuring absolute clarity on deliverables while running a tight approval process that captures and actions feedback without delay. • Monitor and optimize execution results against client KPIs, identifying patterns or technical opportunities to share with the Strategist to ensure our work continuously improves.

• Handle customer, courier, and merchant inquiries through live chat, phone, and email support • Resolve escalations, operational issues, and time-sensitive cases quickly and professionally • Support multiple Wolt markets, countries, user types, and ticket flows depending on business and queue needs • Maintain a high-quality customer experience by using empathy, clear communication, and Wolt’s tone of voice • Follow internal processes, company policies, playbooks, refund policies, escalation paths, and operational guidelines • Use multiple tools at the same time, including support platforms, communication channels, knowledge bases, and operational tools • Stay up to date with new processes, market changes, training materials, and internal updates

• Prepare strategic advice briefs before client meetings. • Review client information, previous advice documents, and CRM records. • Develop financial strategy recommendations with the adviser. • Prepare detailed paraplanning briefs for external paraplanners. • Draft simple Records of Advice (ROAs) where appropriate. • Review Statements of Advice (SOAs) and ROAs for quality, accuracy, and compliance. • Monitor the progress of advice documents from preparation through implementation. • Review implementation paperwork before submission. • Update and maintain client records in Xplan. • Liaise with advisers, paraplanners, product providers, and clients as required. • Support continuous process improvements, including the use of AI tools and automation. • Mentor junior team members as the business grows.
