Compensation Analyst

• Provide support to HR and business professionals on the execution, implementation, and administration of compensation programs and policies • Apply knowledge and expertise in compensation best practices to ensure company competitive pay position • Perform complex analytical studies in a variety of compensation areas • Conduct research, evaluation and analyses of internal and external market research • Perform market reviews, pay equity analyses, and studies for external benchmarking • Build various compensation models, prepare written exhibits, summaries and recommendations for market adjustments • Participate in compensation survey benchmarking, input, and reporting • Partner with external survey vendors to ensure requirements and deadlines are met • Support other Total Rewards projects on an as-needed basis
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance preferred
- 0-3+ years of experience in compensation analysis required
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, HRIS systems, and compensation software
- Knowledge of compensation principles, market pricing, and job evaluation methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for conducting interviews and presenting findings to stakeholders
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in reporting and compliance
- Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
