School Operations Administrative Assistant

Stride, Inc.

Role Description The School Operations Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to all operations tasks within the school by: - Supporting project plans managed by other team members - Data entry into school systems - Assisting with all functions of the operation team - Coordinating activities to ensure project tasks are accomplished within the prescribed time frame Essential functions include: - Supporting school marketing efforts on social media and in the community - Providing community outreach opportunities for current families and to help grow the school - Monitoring student attendance and upkeep of student records - Assisting in state reporting and compliance efforts - Performing general office administration and clerical duties - Completing assigned project tasks to achieve project goals, including oversight of state assessment logistics - Providing systems support to school operations teams - Assisting with preparation of presentations, as needed - Updating K12 internal audit tools regularly - Working collaboratively with all applicable school parties Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree OR three (3) years of related experience - Excel/technology skills, including but not limited to V-LookUp, pivot tables, formulas, and Access databases Requirements - Microsoft 365 proficiencies - Meeting planning experience - Strong, proven writing skills - Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work and coordinate with numerous people inside and outside the company - Ability to travel 15% of the time - Ability to clear required background check Benefits - Hourly rate of $20/hr - Eligible employees may receive a bonus - Robust benefits package for eligible employees, which can include health benefits, retirement contributions, and paid time off
