Power Platform Solutions Designer
GP Strategies Corporation
• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade solutions using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven). • Build and manage complex workflows using Power Automate, including approvals, error handling, and integrations. • Administer Power Platform environments, including Dev/Test/Prod strategy and solution deployments. • Design, configure, and manage SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, permissions, and content types. • Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 services (Teams, Outlook, Planner, OneDrive). • Implement integrations with external systems using REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or custom connectors. • Support AI-enabled automation using Copilot Studio, Azure AI services and any other AI tooling as applicable. • Enforce platform standards, documentation, and development best practices. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions. • Mentor and guide citizen developers while maintaining governance controls.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience designing or delivering enterprise applications, with at least 2 years on Microsoft Power Platform.
- Proven ability to design scalable low-code solutions for complex business scenarios.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and requirements discovery skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
- Expert knowledge of Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Strong understanding of solution architecture, data modelling, and security roles.
- Experience integrating Power Platform with Microsoft 365 and Azure services.
- Knowledge of ALM, Dev/Test/Prod environments, and governance best practices.
- Exposure to Copilot Studio or AI-enabled automation is an advantage.

Role Description We’re seeking a Senior Digital Designer who brings both breadth and depth—someone who can move seamlessly between identity systems, digital platforms, and UX/UI design challenges with craft, curiosity, and vision. As part of our multidisciplinary Design team, the Senior Designer will lead design efforts across branding, web, and product initiatives.
