Role Description The Student Recruitment Advisor is responsible for managing enquiries and enrolments to ensure targets are being met, while providing a consistently high-quality service to clients and stakeholders. This is a sales position, with the primary purpose of ensuring Yoobee Colleges meet or exceed new student enrolment targets. Reporting to the National Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for securing future enrolments across the Campus, ensuring all sales enquiries are managed and converted to appointments quickly and efficiently. The management of the enrolment process should be customer-centric and seamless for prospective students. Other responsibilities include: - Develop and maintain a strong understanding of courses, employment outcomes, market positioning, and target consumers. - Keep up to date on programme developments, learning and education processes, NZQA and TEC requirements, and policies and procedures. - Ensure all TEC rules, Code of Practice, and company policies are strictly adhered to. Qualifications - You thrive in a customer/people-centric environment and understand the unique needs of today's students. - You have a natural ability to build rapport quickly and communicate in an engaging and genuine manner. - You bring a perspective shaped by recent experience in study/student life, allowing you to connect with prospective learners. - You are a recent student or have some recent exposure to student-focused environments. - You have an interest in the creative or tech industries, or early experience in those areas. - You have experience using Microsoft suite and a willingness to learn CRM systems. - You possess genuine enthusiasm for learning, helping others succeed, and being a positive advocate for students. - You can work well with people of diverse backgrounds and contribute to a collaborative and inclusive environment. - You demonstrate initiative, self-motivation, and readiness to take ownership of tasks with minimal supervision.
