• Educate clients about Medicare benefits and coverage options. • Assist with plan enrollment and transitions. • Conduct plan comparisons and provide recommendations. • Ensure compliance with Medicare regulations and deadlines. • Maintain accurate records and documentation. • Provide excellent customer service to resolve issues and answer questions.
Job Requirements
- Must be authorized to legally work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Holds valid life and health insurance license.
- Can provide proof of release or intent to release if previously or currently appointed elsewhere.
- Current AHIP certification.
- Understanding of sales, and ability to build rapport with customers.
- Capability to contract and become RTS (ready-to-sell) with multiple insurance carriers.
- Prior experience multitasking with multiple computer screens simultaneously.
- Ability to work in compliance with CMS Federal regulations.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
