Clinical Sales Associate
Intuitive
• Work with the Clinical Sales Manager to develop a sales strategy to drive robot utilization • Manage surgical teams through training sessions, OR integration and da Vinci® Surgery applications • Be a da Vinci® Surgery resource across all primary surgical specialties • Support regional Sales and Marketing events that create system awareness and procedure adoption • Develop a da Vinci® Surgery plan for each surgical team to ensure they can use the system unsupervised • Drive continuous expansion of the user base by working with KOLs • Drive the sales of instruments and accessories • Responsibly manage administrative tasks; sales activities, submission of expense reports, etc.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- A minimum of 2 years outside sales experience, medical device preferred
- Ability to travel up to 25%, and work nights and weekends as needed
- Proven record of success
- Ambition and exceptional work ethic
- Ability to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and persuasive communication skills
- Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team

Role Description Equitable is looking for a Group Sales and Service Support to join our Group Sales team. This role works collaboratively with members of the Group Sales team to provide service to the Eastern provinces. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the team, while ensuring a positive experience for our group plan sponsors and advisors.
