Role Description As an IT EPIC Sr. Application Analyst, you will lead the design, build, implementation, and advanced support of our EPIC EHR system, acting as a subject matter expert. Every day you will: - Lead complex requirement analysis - Architect and configure intricate EPIC modules - Develop advanced solutions - Perform comprehensive testing - Mentor junior analysts To be successful, you will possess extensive EPIC module expertise, advanced analytical skills, and a proven ability to lead projects and drive strategic improvements. - Design, build, test, implement, and support information technology solutions to meet operational and clinical needs - Provide consultation for program design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation - Understand system options and configurations completely and suggest and lead teams through decisions on the best way to configure and utilize the system - Analyze, design, and make recommendations to improve existing systems and/or methods, and provide written, detailed reports - Create thorough system design and build documentation - Collaborate with other analysts, staff, vendors, and leadership Qualifications - Bachelors in a related field or 4 years of equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor's degree, upon hire - 3 years working with systems analysis programming/design - 5 years of additional relevant experience: application support, implementation, or development experience with applications in a hospital or medical related industry Requirements - EPIC Certification, within 120 Days - Beaker CP required - AP strongly preferred - Must have demonstrable and sustained experience supporting Beaker implementations - Full life cycle support strongly preferred - Previous in-lab clinical experience is preferred
