Role Description The Medical Economics Senior Analyst oversees the design, development, and delivery of regulatory reports and financial analyses that support Mass General Brigham Health Plan’s external filings and internal interpretation of results. This role requires expertise in financial regulatory reporting. Hands-on experience with Center for Health Information and Analysis (CHIA), Division of Insurance (DOI), and Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) submissions is strongly preferred. - Translate complex regulatory specifications into actionable data logic. - Ensure accurate and timely report production. - Identify key drivers of cost, utilization, and performance. - Guide and develop junior staff in reporting workflows. - Partner closely with Actuarial, Finance, Provider Network Management (PNM), Pharmacy, and Product teams. - Support a broad regulatory portfolio, including CHIA submissions and DOI utilization reporting. - Serve as the subject matter expert for regulatory reporting. This role owns application integration work, handles escalated access tickets, and serves as a point of coordination between application owners, vendors, and the broader identity team on complex integrations. This position starts as part-time with a clear path to full-time as the engagement grows. Key Responsibilities - Execute and manage SaaS application integrations, including direct coordination with application owners and external vendors on complex configurations. - Triage and resolve escalated access tickets from the IT Operations team, driving issues to resolution or escalating appropriately. - Support user lifecycle workflows, including provisioning and deprovisioning across a broad SaaS portfolio. - Maintain and improve documentation, runbooks, and process guides for integration and access workflows. - Assist with audit evidence collection and access review activities to support compliance requirements. - Partner with Security, IT, and People Operations teams to ensure access is governed consistently and at scale.
