Role Description We're looking for a mid-level Business Analyst to join our growing digital/eCommerce team. If you enjoy wearing multiple hats, care deeply about UX/UI and user journeys and want to take real ownership of delivery and outcomes, this could be for you. - Analyse and document business requirements with a strong focus on UX, UI and end-to-end customer journeys - Manage and de-escalate client concerns with confidence and professionalism - Support the day-to-day running of the team, ensuring high-quality delivery outputs - Work closely with a Senior Business Analyst who will mentor and guide you - Help grow and manage the product through strong process, prioritisation and collaboration - Liaise with stakeholders across all levels of the business - Coordinate vendors and support third-party integrations (exposure to integrations is a plus) Qualifications - 2–5 years' experience as a Business Analyst in a digital or software environment - Strong understanding of UX/UI and user journeys (eCommerce experience beneficial, not essential) - Comfortable multitasking and adapting in a fast-paced environment - Process-driven, delivery-focused and eager to take ownership - Confident communicator who can work with both technical and non-technical teams - Willingness to be mentored and grow into increased responsibility Benefits - If you're ready to step into a role with real ownership, strong mentorship and room to grow, we'd love to hear from you.

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Analyst to join our Technical Services team. The role focuses on ensuring high-quality software delivery through effective planning, execution, and reporting of testing activities. Key Responsibilities - Create and maintain end-to-end test plans, test cases, and test packs - Execute functional, regression, and end-to-end testing - Test and verify defects logged on TFS - Compile test reports and release notes - Support controlled releases and identify high-risk changes - Assist developers and Product Owners with defect investigation - Provide daily and weekly testing updates Requirements - Grade 12 / N3 (essential) - 2–4 years’ experience as a QA Analyst - Advanced SQL skills - Retail systems knowledge - IT degree/diploma and ISTQB certification (advantageous) Core Competencies - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and collaboration - High attention to detail and accountability If this sounds like your next career move, we’d love to hear from you!
Role Description We're looking for a highly organised Orders Administrator to manage stock ordering, supplier coordination, and inventory accuracy across our branches. - Process and manage Purchase Orders for local and international suppliers. - Compare pricing and maintain preferred supplier lists. - Coordinate deliveries, dispatches, and stock allocations. - Update CRM with order status and ETAs. - Monitor and replenish head‑office stock. - Resolve pricing, serial number, and delivery discrepancies. - Conduct branch stock takes and reconcile variances. Qualifications - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word). - Experience with Accpac or Pastel. - Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy. - Good communication skills and problem‑solving ability. - Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities.
