Role Description La ville recherche au sein de la direction de la vie de la cité son/sa directeur.rice de centre social. Ainsi, vous êtes garant de la conception, du pilotage, de la mise en œuvre et de l’évaluation du projet social de la structure dans le respect des orientations générales définies par la municipalité, notamment dans le cadre des contrats de Projets Animation Globale et Animation Collective Familles signés avec la CAFY. Véritable acteur de terrain, vous piloterez un équipement de proximité au service de ses habitants, des familles et des partenaires associatifs, et vous contribuerez activement au renforcement du lien social. A ce titre, vous pilotez l’ensemble des domaines d’activités du centre social et culturel « Les Résédas », dans le quartier du Parc reconnu quartier prioritaire. - Concevoir et conduire le projet d’Animation Globale articulé à la vie locale dans une dynamique territoriale - Mobiliser l’ensemble des acteurs et des partenaires du territoire pour contribuer au « bien vivre ensemble » en favorisant une dynamique collective et participative - Assurer le bon fonctionnement de l’équipement - Encadrer, animer et fédérer une équipe pluridisciplinaire dans une démarche bienveillante (16 collaborateurs) - Veiller à la bonne application des directives et à la cohérence des actions - Assurer la gestion administrative et financière de la structure - Rechercher les subventions et financements par les « appels à projet » Qualifications - Diplôme de niveau II (DESJEPS, DEDPAD, CAFERUIS, Licence en intervention sociale...) ou niveau I (CAFDES, Master 2) - Expérience confirmée dans le poste de direction d’une structure d’animation de la vie sociale - Maîtrise de la méthodologie de projet - Bonne connaissance des politiques publiques, des acteurs et financements du territoire - Compétences en gestion administrative, budgétaire et recherche de financements - Capacité à fédérer les habitants, les partenaires et l’équipe autour d’actions collectives - Qualités relationnelles, sens de l’écoute, rigueur et esprit d’initiative - Rédiger et synthétiser les rapports d’activités, les documents de reporting et rendre compte régulièrement - Maîtriser les outils informatiques et progiciels métiers (CAF Partenaires, CIRIL) Requirements - Recrutement par voie contractuelle possible - Poste à temps complet : 38h30/semaine avec 25 CA et 20 RTT - Rémunération statutaire, NBI, RIFSEEP, prime annuelle et action sociale (Plurélya) - Politique de formation attractive - Prise en charge du titre de transport à hauteur de 75% - Participation employeur mutuelle et prévoyance - A pourvoir immédiatement

Role Description As a member of our Corp Strategy & Development team, the Director, Corporate Development plays an integral and leading role in shaping the strategic direction of the company, with a strong focus on supporting strategic growth initiatives. The position will support the development and implementation of the portfolio management framework, end-to-end acquisition and divestiture transaction execution, venture investing, and the establishment of strategic partnerships. The role will provide problem-solving support, conduct analysis and research, develop recommendations, and communicate well-articulated conclusions. - Partner with the business and strategy teams to track and identify potential acquisition targets and transactions or partnerships, which are aligned with L3Harris’ strategic priorities. - Help review and pressure test the acquisition thesis or partnership’s strategic rationale. - Lead the initial acquisition process, including confidentiality agreements, initial due diligence, preliminary financial modeling, transaction valuation and term sheet preparation. - Lead the execution phase of the acquisition or divestiture process by working closely with the business segment, legal team, external advisors and functional due diligence leads from across the company. - Responsibilities will include due diligence coordination, synergy, financial modeling and valuation analyses, transaction structuring, legal document reviews and negotiation, integration planning support and managing the internal approval process. - Address post-closing activities, including post-close adjustment determination, escrow releases, dispute resolution and rep and warranty insurance expiration dates, among other items. - Partner with business segment, sector and division leadership to support integration and separation activities. - Build exceptional relationships across the business segments and functional teams. - Advise business executives on the financial implications and risks related to key transaction issues and important strategic M&A decisions. - Maintain a keen awareness and acumen around Aerospace & Defense industry trends, competitors, disruptive technologies and M&A transactions. - Engage with investment bankers on inbound acquisition opportunities and to exchange M&A ideas as well as solicit information and perspectives on companies and business areas of interest. - Assist with managing various minority equity investments, including existing as well as new investments. - Travel up to 20%.
