Role Description - Assurer le suivi administratif et comptable du SIVU. - Elaboration des paies pour les agents. - Gestion et suivi des dossiers du personnel (gestion des carrières, visites médicales...). - Préparation et rédaction des actes administratifs. - Présence aux réunions en soirée (conseils). - Préparation et suivi du budget et du compte administratif. - Instruction des dossiers relatifs à la commande publique. - Préparation des conseils (convocations, dossiers...) et rédaction des comptes-rendus. Qualifications - Niveau bac +3. - Connaissance statut fonction publique. - Expérience sur poste de secrétariat dans une collectivité ou établissement public de 20 mois minimum.

Under the direction of the Manager of Broadcast Lighting, On Call Lighting Assistants support the efforts of the entire Lighting team to enhance the lighting of every studio and remote broadcast for QVC and HSN. - This person will perform daily technical and design maintenance under the supervision and guidance of the Lighting Designer & Lighting Engineer. What You'll Bring - Must be located within apprx. 40 miles of West Chester, PA. - Need to have flexibility with schedule/hours, and there is no guarantee with number of hours/week, as this is dictated by the needs of the business. - Bachelor's degree in TV Broadcasting, Theatrical Lighting, and/or Film required. - Minimum 2-3 years of Lighting; Design, Technical or Engineering experience in television, theatrical or entertainment lighting required. - Experience trouble-shooting lighting equipment and systems required. - Demonstrated ability to react quickly to critical situations occurring with the Live Show broadcast required. - Experience with entertainment lighting diming systems, Ethernet and DMX control systems/protocol, intelligent lighting and systems design and installation is preferred.
