Role Description As an Amazon Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting private label Amazon sellers with various backend tasks to ensure their business runs smoothly. Your role involves a range of tasks related to: - Product management - Inventory control - Customer service - Supplier coordination Key Responsibilities - Product Research: Conduct daily product research to identify profitable products and emerging market trends. - Amazon Case Management: Manage all communications with Amazon, focusing on refunds, disputes, and open cases. - Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, track shipments, and manage reorders. - Competitor Analysis: Research and track competitors, keeping updated on their strategies and performance. - Supplier Management: Handle supplier relationships, including sourcing new products from overseas suppliers (e.g., China, Alibaba, DH Gate, AliExpress). - Product Listing: Create and optimize product listings using flat files, focusing on keywords and listing improvements. - Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, manage feedback, and ensure account health is maintained. - Reports Generation: Compile regular reports related to sales, inventory, and account health. - Account Health: Managing and helping maintain a healthy account and grow the Amazon store. Qualifications - High School Graduate, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate. - Background in Finance is a plus. - Proficient in MS Excel or Google Sheets (knowledge of formulas is required). - Fluent in English, both written and spoken. - Strong time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines. - Good character and willing to work on a graveyard shift is a plus. - Willingness to undergo training and adapt to new processes. - Available for full-time work.
