Role Description As a Dispensing Assistant, you'll play a vital role within our Clinical Operations team, supporting the safe and efficient dispensing of prescriptions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You'll work closely with pharmacists and colleagues across the business to ensure prescriptions are processed accurately, quality standards are maintained and patients receive the excellent service they expect. Qualifications - NVQ Level 2 Dispensing Assistant qualification (essential). - GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent). - Experience working in a pharmacy or similarly regulated environment. - Experience working accurately under pressure and to tight deadlines. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Good IT skills, including intermediate Excel. - Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. - The ability to prioritise workload and work both independently and as part of a team. - A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop. - A genuine patient-first mindset and commitment to delivering excellent service.
