Role Description Rejoignez la Communauté de Communes de Miribel et du Plateau dans le cadre d'un remplacement congé maternité. Vous souhaitez évoluer dans un environnement public dynamique, au sein d’une équipe RH engagée et proche des services ? Ce poste vous permettra de contribuer directement au bon fonctionnement des ressources humaines de la collectivité, en intervenant sur l’ensemble des processus opérationnels. Vos missions : - Sous l’autorité du Directeur de pôle Ressources et Moyens Généraux, vous contribuez à la gestion quotidienne des ressources humaines. - Recrutement et intégration : - Rédaction et diffusion des offres d’emploi - Organisation des recrutements (candidatures, jurys, convocations) - Suivi administratif et réponses aux candidats - Contribution à l’intégration des nouveaux agents - Formation : - Recueil et suivi des besoins de formation - Gestion administrative des inscriptions et convocations - Suivi des actions de formation et mise à jour des tableaux de bord - Temps de travail et absences (hors paie) : - Suivi du temps de travail et des congés sur l'outil GTA - Fiabilisation des données transmises au service paie - Mise à jour des outils de suivi RH - Santé et suivi médical : - Organisation des visites médicales - Gestion des convocations et suivi des échéances - Classement et suivi des dossiers médicaux dans le respect de la confidentialité - Outils et procédures RH : - Participation à l’amélioration des outils et procédures RH - Mise à jour des tableaux de suivi et documents internes - Contribution à la dématérialisation des dossiers - Missions transversales : - Participation à l'élaboration et au suivi du budget masse salariale - Réalisation du Rapport Social Unique (RSU) - Accueil et information RH de premier niveau Qualifications - Formation en ressources humaines ou expérience équivalente en gestion RH, idéalement en collectivité territoriale (Bac+3 à Bac+5 souhaité). - Maîtrise des outils bureautiques et appétence pour les outils numériques RH.
