Role Description Rejoignez un réseau culturel dynamique ! Au sein du réseau des médiathèques de Val d'Europe Agglomération, vous accompagnez la direction dans le pilotage de projets structurants et contribuez à la sécurisation juridique et administrative des activités du réseau. Véritable appui stratégique, vous intervenez à la croisée des enjeux culturels, juridiques et administratifs, en lien avec de nombreux partenaires internes et externes. Sous l'autorité de la Responsable du réseau de lecture publique, vous assurez notamment les missions suivantes : - Accompagnement stratégique et conduite de projets - Accompagner la direction dans le montage, la coordination et le suivi des projets du réseau. - Produire des notes et documents d'aide à la décision. - Identifier les opportunités de financement (subventions, appels à projets, partenariats). - Monter les dossiers de demandes de subventions et assurer leur suivi administratif et financier. - Participer au pilotage opérationnel des projets transversaux. - Sécurisation juridique et administrative - Conseiller la direction sur les aspects juridiques et réglementaires. - Rédiger et assurer le suivi des contrats d'artistes, conventions de partenariat et conventions de prêt. - Assurer le suivi administratif des actions culturelles (GUSO, URSSAF, SACEM, SPRE, SACD…). - Gérer les autorisations liées aux droits d'auteur, à la reproduction et à la diffusion des œuvres. - Réaliser une veille juridique dans les domaines du spectacle vivant, du droit d'auteur et de la réglementation applicable. - Commande publique - Participer à la préparation des marchés publics en lien avec le service de la commande publique. - Contribuer à la rédaction des pièces administratives des dossiers de consultation. - Participer à l'analyse des offres. Qualifications - Maîtrise du fonctionnement des collectivités territoriales. - Solide culture administrative. - Idéalement des connaissances en : - droit public ; - commande publique ; - droit d'auteur ; - réglementation du spectacle vivant ; - gestion des subventions. Requirements - Excellentes qualités rédactionnelles. - Capacité d'analyse et de synthèse. - Sens de l'organisation. - Autonomie et esprit d'initiative. - Aptitude à travailler en transversalité et en équipe. - Une sensibilité au secteur culturel constitue un véritable atout.
