Role Description In your role as People & Culture Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day People & Culture processes and operations for Ingenuity and its associated entities. You will work across the full employee lifecycle, helping facilitate recruitment, onboarding, performance, record-keeping, culture-building, and offboarding. You will play a key role in helping employees understand, live, and align with Ingenuity’s values and culture, supporting initiatives that foster engagement, performance, and a positive employee experience. Your work will ensure consistency, compliance, and efficiency in People & Culture processes across our global team. Key Responsibilities: - Placing job advertisements, screening applications, and coordinating interviews with potential candidates, ensuring recruitment processes reflect Ingenuity’s values and culture. - Supporting onboarding activities to help new team members feel welcomed, connected, and aligned with company values from day one. - Preparing People & Culture documentation, including job descriptions, employment letters, and related correspondence. - Revising, updating, and maintaining company policies to support compliance, clarity, and a strong workplace culture. - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and People & Culture systems. - Supporting performance management processes, including coordinating performance review cycles, tracking documentation, and assisting leaders and employees through review timelines. - Assisting with learning, training, and professional development initiatives that support individual growth and organisational capability. - Planning and coordinating corporate, cultural, and social events that strengthen connection and engagement across the team. - Providing general People & Culture and administrative support to the business as required from time to time. Qualifications - Have the legal right to work within the role’s country, such as citizenship, permanent residency, or a valid work visa. - Have a relevant degree or work experience. - Good understanding of People & Culture and general business processes, procedures, and functions. - High attention to detail and confidentiality. - Excellent organisational, presentation, and administration skills. - Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
