Sales Development Representative – Partnerships

• Prospect and engage net-new referral and channel partners through calls, email, LinkedIn, and outbound outreach • Identify and qualify potential partners based on strategic alignment, industry fit, and access to FabStation’s ideal customer profile (ICP) • Conduct introductory discovery meetings to uncover partnership opportunities and mutual business value • Generate warm introductions and qualified demo opportunities for the Account Executive team • Build and maintain long-term partner relationships that consistently generate pipeline • Collaborate with partners on co-selling opportunities, introductions, and market expansion initiatives • Maintain accurate pipeline, activity tracking, and partner records within the CRM • Work closely with Sales and Leadership teams to refine partnership strategy and target accounts
• Lead onboarding and training sessions (remote and on-site) • Travel to client sites to support implementation in real fabrication environments • Train teams on using FabStation • Support clients through their first projects and ensure successful adoption • Troubleshoot setup and workflow challenges alongside client teams • Share feedback with internal teams to improve onboarding and product experience • Maintain and improve learning guides, onboarding resources and Knowledge Base • Ensure clean documentation and handoffs back to Customer Success
Role Description FabStation is transforming how steel fabricators and modular builders perform quality control using augmented reality. As an SDR, your job is simple: generate qualified sales opportunities that turn into revenue. You will prospect, engage, and qualify manufacturing companies, identifying real production challenges (rework, inefficiency, QA gaps) and booking high-quality demos for our Account Executives. This role is the foundation for a high-performing sales career. What You'll Do - Prospect and engage net-new manufacturing companies (calls, email, LinkedIn) - Qualify opportunities based on operational pain, fit, and urgency - Book and manage high-quality demos that convert to pipeline - Partner with Account Executives to progress deals - Maintain organized pipeline and activity tracking in CRM - Continuously improve messaging through coaching and data Qualifications - Strong interest in B2B sales (manufacturing or tech is a plus) - Competitive, results-driven mindset (you care about hitting targets) - Clear communicator who can simplify complex ideas - Coachable, fast learner, and comfortable with rejection - Organized and able to manage high activity volume Requirements - Prior sales or customer-facing experience - Exposure to manufacturing, construction, or technical products - Languages: English, Mandarin, French, Spanish, Arabic Benefits - $60,000-$75,000 OTE - 50:50 Base:Commission - Standard benefits - 2 weeks vacation
