Commercial Operations Specialist

Kiva Brands, Inc.

• Collaborate closely with sales, brand, and operations teams to ensure seamless processes. • Efficiently manage and process all inbound order requests to ensure accuracy. • Actively maintain up-to-date pricing information and execute required promotions. • Ensure accurate and complete product and customer information in internal systems. • Conduct periodic audits for data accuracy and compliance with company policies. • Provide comprehensive ordering and technical support for internal users and external partners. • Support the sales team by efficiently entering orders through internal systems. • Act as a central communication hub using various platforms for collaboration.

Job Requirements

  • 2 + years proven experience in a similar role, ideally in a fast-paced distribution or logistics environment.
  • SQL knowledge and wholesale distribution experience ideal
  • Proficiency in using internal systems such as Encompass or a strong ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to resolve issues effectively.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement and a willingness to take initiative.
  • Team player mentality with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with various departments.
  • Cannabis experience preferred

Role Description The Senior Operational Excellence Lead is key to fostering and driving a culture of sustainable change through the use of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma.
