Role Description The Business Development Manager seeks to build an exceptional understanding of Chemtrade’s Water Solutions market, identify and champion business development opportunities and lead ongoing portfolio analysis. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing a detailed understanding of specific segments of Chemtrade’s end markets and providing leadership in advancing business development opportunities in these same markets. Role Description The Technical Service Manager provides technical and safety support to chlorate customers by conducting on-site reviews, assessing practices, and recommending best practices. The role serves as the primary point of contact for product issues, analyzing data to support business and sales decisions. The manager leads internal and external technical resources to resolve issues, builds strong customer relationships, and supports Sales and Business teams in achieving their objectives. This position requires strong technical knowledge of pulp and paper processes and product applications, along with the ability to maintain critical customer relationships and implement effective solutions. The Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Manager serves in a leadership role in the implementation, support, and oversight of Chemtrade Responsible Care EHS policies, procedures, standards, guidelines and practices at Chemtrade facilities located in their assigned locations. This includes, but is not limited to providing required training, permitting and reporting, auditing, and recordkeeping.
